装载机偶合器与变矩器有什么区别?

装载机偶合器里只有泵轮和涡轮,而没有改变涡轮油液流动方向的导轮。工作时泵轮油液传给涡轮,然后又经涡轮返回泵轮,经涡轮返回泵轮的油液改变了旋转的方向,液流流向和泵轮旋转方向正好相反。发动机曲轴在旋转的同时,还需克服来自涡轮油液的反向阻力。发动机动力被削弱了,所以液力偶合器只有偶合工况,而永远不会有增矩工况。
