侧卸式装载机使用时应该注意什么？

侧卸式装载机，是靠铲斗将岩石铲起，用侧卸的方式将岩石装入矿车。由于活动范围比较大，掘进工作面空间比较狭窄，所以侧卸式装载机在工作和检修时容易引起挤伤人员，挤坏支架、电缆、设备等事故。为防止事故的发生，山东永保机械的有关工作人员提醒大家在操作侧卸式装载机的时候要注意一下几个方面：

1、机器工作前必须通知附近人员撤离，避免机器对人员造成挤碰;

2、 操作中应经常检查电缆是否完好，避免压坏，避免与油管发生摩擦，引发火灾事故，应保证所有操作按钮完好;

3、 装岩前，应对岩堆洒水灭尘，无论没水或洒水装置损坏，都不能开机装岩;

4、装载机上的照明装置一定要完好，使工作人员有一个良好的视线，避免挤伤人员的事故发生。同时良好的照明对提高生产效率也是非常有利的;
