山东装载机转斗自动前倾的处理方法

山东装载机在使用过程中突然出现转斗工作无力和转到位后自动前倾的现象，但工作中动臂的上升和下降都正常。山东装载机专家分析可能是分配阀中的转斗滑阀和转斗双作用安全阀出现故障。如果转斗缸内的油封损坏，则在转斗作用下，使大腔内的油流入小腔(有杆腔)内，可能导致转斗自动前倾。分解两转斗缸后发现，其中一缸正常，另一缸的油封严重损坏。但更换油封后，转斗还是自动前倾。如果分配阀中的转斗前倾油路损坏，使转斗前倾油路中的油流入油箱，也会导致转斗自动前倾。检查山东装载机转斗滑阀知，滑阀处于正常状态。如果转斗双作用安全阀处常开状态，也能导致转斗自动前倾。因为转斗的大、小腔双作用安全阀是对转斗小腔起防止过载和补油作用的。

拆检山东装载机双作用安全阀后发现，锥阀前端有一黑色小橡胶块，经辨认，此黑色小橡胶块是转斗缸受损油封的残块。正常状态下，锥阀应是闭合的，现小橡胶块处于锥阀前端，将锥阀顶开使其处于常开状态，造成转斗缸卸载、活塞杆收回并通过连杆机构导致转斗自动前倾。最后，将转斗双作用安全阀内的小橡胶块取出，转斗即不再自动前倾。
