装载机发动机涡轮增压器异响怎么解决？

装载机发动机涡轮增压器异响主要是由以下几个原因造成的：增压器法兰卡箍和压板螺栓松动；压气机气道阻塞或排气道积炭造成增压器喘振；压气机壳和涡轮壳变形、损坏或壳内灰尘太多有异物；轴承轴颈和浮动轴承过度磨损；涡轮、压气机转子失去动平衡或旋转件与固定件碰擦。
