山东装载机交流发电机不充电的主要原因

(1)故障诊断接到该车后,将点火开关放置“ON”档,充电指示灯亮,这
是正常的,说明充电指示灯自身没有损坏。

(5)线路过热,一般是由于电流过大导致,而电流过大又可能是线路被短路或负载减少导致。

(6)结合交流发电机的工作电路:蓄电池负极搭铁→蓄电池→点火开关→保险丝→电压调节器→交流发电机→搭铁回路,可以看出,很有可能是由于电压调节器或交流发电机被短路导致。而充电指示灯再次启动后会亮,说明交流发电机是可以正常工作的,不可能被短路。

(7)最后考虑只有电压调节器被短路才可能导致线路过热。于是,使用万用表“电路通断”档检测电压调节器,发现电压调节器并没有被短路。这就奇怪了难道还有其他原因?
