装载机困难应该如何处理？

装载机一旦柴油机出现问题，就会直接导致装载机无法正常工作，但是对于柴油机而言，启动困难是我们常常与到的故障，那么在遇到启动困难时应该如何处理呢？

一、观察柴油机的启动转速。当按下起动按钮而不能启动时，可能出现以下几种现象：起动转速正常；起动转速降低；曲轴因启动电机不工作，或起动电机空转而不转动。上述现象除起动转速正常外，都属于蓄电池或起动电路技术状况不良造成的故障现象，故应检查蓄电池和启动电路技术状况。

二、启动转速正常，但是发动机不能启动，应注意查看柴油是否进入气缸，即观察排气管是否排烟和倾听发动机有无爆发生。若起动时无烟排出，也无爆发声，表明柴油没有进缸，原因是喷油泵不泵油，或低压油路不供油。可先检查邮箱内是否有油，然后拧松喷油泵上的放气螺钉，检查油路是否堵塞和有空气，如上述检查正常，再进一步检查喷油泵是否泵油。
