济南装载机生活中应该如何维护?

1、一般气温在5℃以下,发动机起动前应加热水或蒸汽进行预热,待预热到30~40℃以上再进行起动。
Usually the temperature below 5 ℃, the water should be heated before starting the engine or steam preheating, to be preheated to above 30 ~ 40 ℃ then start.  
2、当气温低于0℃时，应定时检查防冻液浓度，同时禁止使用未经处理的水作为发动机的冷却液；每天工作完后应将水箱下水室、发动机、机油冷却器及变矩器油冷却器里的冷却水放出，以免冻裂；贮气筒内有水汽,经常排放，防止冻结，致使刹车失灵。如果已加防冻液,可不放出。
When the temperature is below 0 ℃, should regularly check the antifreeze concentration, while prohibiting the use of untreated water as the engine coolant; work after a day should water tank room, engine oil cooler and torqueconverter oil cooling the cooling water is released in order to avoid cracking; water vapor within the air reservoir, often emissions, to prevent freezing, resulting in brake failure. If you have added antifreeze, do not release.   
3、冬季车辆使用相对困难,建议每次启动不应超过8秒,如不能启动,应松开启动开关,待停车1分钟后再作第二次启动。
Winter vehicles is relatively difficult, it is recommended not more than 8 seconds each time you start, if not start, you should release the start switch, wait one minute and then stop for a second start.   
4、要在柴油机的水温高于55℃、机油温度高于45℃时才允许进行全负荷运转;作业时发动机的水温和油温不应超过95℃,变矩器的油温不应超过110℃。
To the water temperature is higher than diesel 55 ℃, when the oil temperature is higher than 45 ℃ allows full load operation; when operating the engine temperature and oil temperature should not exceed 95 ℃, the torque converter oil temperature should not exceed 110 ℃.
