装载机柴油机功率下降的原因有哪些?

装载机发生柴油机功率下降的现象经常发生,主要原因可能是柴油机制造质量没有达到设计标准,导致装载机柴油机功率减弱。那么导致山东装载机柴油机功率下降的原因主要有哪些呢?
1、装载机中连杆轴颈回转半径或活塞销至顶部尺寸不合适,装载机柴油机功率变弱,导致运行时活塞撞击缸盖,冲击力直接作用于连杆小头,使其工作不正常面断裂。

2、铸造时的缺欠降低了缸体的刚度,发动机经过大的热负荷后产生产生永久变形。

3、柴油机加工精确度差。由于整体变形量较大,造成连杆大头在轴颈上靠一侧并且无端隙、曲柄连杆机构的中心与缸套中心不重合等,导致活塞偏磨,运行后与缸壁的间隙增大而使气缸压缩力不足;连杆则因受力不良,小头的一侧受力较大,产生疲劳而断裂破损。

4、柴油机缸壁间隙过小、活塞裙部椭圆度太小,导致运行时活塞膨胀,与缸套的摩擦力增大甚至咬死,致使连杆小头受力超出设计应力而断裂。连杆大头在轴颈上无端隙、曲轴轴向推力轴承轴向、间隙太小、连杆大小头轴瓦中心线不平行等,造成活塞偏磨,连杆小头受弯曲力的作用而断裂。活塞与套的间隙不正确,无润滑。
