装载机柴油机功率下降的原因有哪些?

装载机发生柴油机功率下降的现象经常发生,主要原因可能是柴油机制造质量没有达到设计标准,导致装载机柴油机功率减弱。那么导致山东装载机柴油机功率下降的原因主要有哪些呢?
1、装载机中连杆轴颈回转半径或活塞销至顶部尺寸不合适,装载机柴油机功率变弱,导致运行时活塞撞击缸盖,冲击力直接作用于连杆小头,使其工作不正常面断裂。
