山东装载机液力传动冷却系统的改进措施

目前装载机所用液力传动冷却系统,多将液力传动油散热器内置于发动机管带式散热器水室中。这种散热方式启动初期传动效率低,液力传动油温度过高,液力传动油与冷却液易相互串腔。针对这种情况需要哪些改进措施呢?
1、加装节温器
根据液力传动油温的高低,节温器可自动改变液力传动油的循环范围(大循环或小循环),调节冷却系统的散热能力,保证液力传动变速箱在合适的油温范围内工作。

2、改进散热器结构
为解决油温过高和液力传动油与发动机冷却液相互串腔问题,决定将内置的液力传动油散热器更换为外置的板翅式散热器。板翅式散热器具有传热效率高、结构紧凑、强度高、适应性强等特点,而且具有扩展的二次表面,这使得它的散热面积比管带式散热器的散热面积大很多。

Plate-fin heat sink has a high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, high strength, adaptability and other characteristics, but also has expanded secondary surface,which makes it an area much larger than the heat pipe radiator cooling belt area.
3、改进效果
将改进后的新型液力传动冷却系统在我公司装载机上实验,工作时液力传动油温始终处于70~90℃范围内,冷却效果良好。
