1、检查过滤器，若堵塞则清洗或更换，观察油液，若变质则更换。检查总安全阀是否卡住，若卡住，只需拆下总安全阀，清洗主阀芯，使之能自由推动即可。

2、判断液压缸活塞密封圈是否已失去密封作用，将动臂液压缸收到底，再将液压缸大腔出口接头的高压胶管拆下，继续操纵多路阀的动份换向手柄，使动份液压缸进一步收回活塞杆。

3、根据多路阀使用的时间，分析阀杆与阀体孔的间隙是否过大。若间隙过大或阀磨损严重，应更换流量转换阀。

4、检查阀杆内单向阀与阀座接触面的密封性，若密封不良，可研磨阀座，更换阀芯。检查弹簧，若变形、变软或断裂，均应更换。
Check the one-way valve inside the stem and seat contact surface sealing, if the seal is bad, can grind the valve seat, replace the valve. Check the spring, if the deformation, soft or broken,should be replaced.
